Sandalyn Wilderness Estate is situated on the northern of Lovedale in the beautiful Hunter Valley NSW. Family owned and operated and nestled in a garden setting surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the property has extensive views to the Watagan, Brokenback and Molly Morgan ranges.

With accommodation to suit all styles and tastes close by, Sandalyn Wilderness Estate is the perfect place to spend an hour, or a day, on your next visit to one of Australia’s premier wine growing areas and from late 2013 you will have a new entry point to wine country via the Lovedale exit off the Newcastle Expressway currently under construction and only a few minutes from Sandalyn estate.

Since 2001 Sandalyn has hosted the Hunter valley’s original “hands on” Pasta making classes. More than 6000 participants have enjoyed this classic  Mediteranean food experience with much wider audience having seen our classes on “Getaway”, Sydney Weekender” and “Mercurio’s menue”.

Presided over by our experienced chef, the classes combine the character and diversity of fine Hunter Olive Oils and Wine, with the art and craft of traditional pasta making, blending the skills of the winemaker with that of fine mediteranean cusine in an atmosphere not unlike southern Europe.
